Delicious ham rolls with asparagus and cheese. Any cut of meat or boiled sausage is suitable instead of ham. It is quick and easy to prepare, but it looks very impressive!

  • - 200 g of ham;
  • - 150 g of cheese;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - a bunch of green onions;
  • - pepper, salt, nutmeg, vegetable oil, bread crumbs.

Instructions

Step 1

If you have fresh asparagus, rinse it first, cut off the "wood" hard part of the stems. But do not throw away the hard part of the asparagus - add it when making the broth, which can then be used to cook any soup.

Step 2

Divide the asparagus sprouts in half. Put the hard parts of the asparagus into boiling water, after 7 minutes add the tender top halves and cook for 5 minutes. If you have frozen asparagus, simply boil it until soft and drain.

Step 3

Cut the ham into thin slices or buy ready-made slices, put pieces of cheese, a few stalks of asparagus on the slices. Roll up, tie with a scallion feather or kitchen twine. Make rolls of all the ham slices.

Step 4

Beat eggs with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Spices are taken to taste. Roll the rolls into the eggs. Then dip in breadcrumbs.

Step 5

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, carefully lay out the breadcrumbs and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
