As surprising as it sounds, asparagus belongs to the lily family. It is also related to onions and garlic. Instructions
Step 1
Cut the asparagus into slices three centimeters long. Fresh asparagus must be pre-peeled, rinsed and boiled in salted and sugared water for about 10-12 minutes. It is better not to cook it a little, then it will be baked in the oven until tender. In no case should you digest. You can take the finished canned product.
Step 2
Take a saucepan with thick walls and melt the butter in it. Gradually add the soup powder in a thin stream, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps. Pour in milk in small portions while stirring. Place the mixture on very low heat and simmer, stirring continuously. The sauce should be smooth and smooth at the end.
Step 3
Combine the asparagus pieces with the resulting sauce, add half of the finely grated cheese, sour cream, cornstarch and sesame seeds. Mix all this thoroughly and start adding eggs there one at a time, whisking the mass with a fork. Add salt to taste.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with butter, and then sprinkle the bottom and sides with semolina. Spread the asparagus mixture evenly over the mold and sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
