  1. Put the curd in a bowl. Drive eggs into it. Put 2 tbsp. l. sour cream and sugar. Beat thoroughly. Better to use a blender or mixer. You can use a regular crush that is used to make mashed potatoes.
  2. Steam the raisins in advance. It is necessary that it lie in boiling water for about 10 minutes. At your discretion, it can be replaced with prunes, dried apricots or your favorite candied fruits.
  3. Prepare fruit. Wash them thoroughly. Cut into halves. Remove the core from the apples, the pits from peaches. Cut them into large pieces.
  4. Pour sunflower oil into the curd mass and put semolina. Stir and add fruit. Mix again and send dried fruits to the mass. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes to swell the semolina.
