    • Festive Cream Pie:
    • 4 yolks;
    • 4 cups flour;
    • 3 tablespoons of sour cream;
    • 300 g margarine;
    • 1 cup of sugar;
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 4 egg whites;
    • 0.5 cups of sugar;
    • 1 glass of jam;
    • fresh berries for decoration.
    • Yeast cake with jam:
    • 1 glass of milk;
    • 20 g yeast;
    • 1 egg;
    • 0.25 teaspoon salt;
    • 4, 5 cups flour;
    • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 0.5 cups of thick jam;
    • a glass of sour cream;
    • 0
    • 5 cups of sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Try making a pie that can be served not only for evening tea, but also for the festive table. Melt the margarine, add sugar and stir. In the oil mixture, release the egg yolks, carefully separated from the whites. Place the sour cream, flour, and baking powder in the egg and butter mixture. Knead the dough - it should be soft and well behind your hands. Put it in the cold for half an hour.

Step 2

Divide the chilled dough into 4 parts, roll each part into a cake. Place the cakes in round tins and bake. To prepare the cream, beat the whites, adding sugar to them in small portions. When the protein mass becomes dense and glossy, add the jam to it in portions. Spread the cakes with the resulting thick cream and fold them one on top of the other. Spread the top layer with cream, on top of which lay fresh berries - currants, strawberries or raspberries.

Step 3

An excellent dessert for evening tea is a yeast dough pie. Pour a glass of warmed milk into a large bowl, add fresh or dry yeast, salt, egg and sifted flour. Knead and pour melted butter into the mixture. Stir the dough again, cover and heat. After 2 hours, spoon the risen dough with a spoon and let it sit for another hour. It should rise again and begin to settle a little.

Step 4

On a table sprinkled with flour, wrap a lump of dough, separate a fourth part, and roll the bulk into a layer. Place it on a greased baking sheet. Roll out the remaining dough and cut it into strips with a knife. Lay a part around the edges of the cake in the form of sides. Place the thick, sour jam filling on the dough.

Step 5

Place the remaining dough strips on top of the filling in the form of a wire rack. They can be cut with scissors along the edges - after baking, the grill will be curly. Beat the egg and use a silicone brush to apply it to the sides and wire rack. Let the cake come up for about half an hour and put it in the preheated oven. Bake until the cake is browned. Remove the finished product from the baking sheet and cover with a towel - the cake should "rest". After it cools down, you can pour it with sour cream, whipped with sugar.
