Ingredients for the dough:

  • Sour cream (15-25%) - 250 g;
  • Butter (margarine) - 200 g;
  • Granulated sugar - 150 g;
  • Flour - 400-500 g;
  • Baking powder - 3 tsp

Ingredients for the cream:

  • Condensed milk - 1 can (380 g);
  • Butter - 150-200 g.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven well to 180-200 degrees.
  2. To prepare the dough, combine sour cream, soft butter and granulated sugar. Then add pre-sifted flour, baking powder and knead the shortbread dough, the density of which should be such that it does not stick to your hands and easily forms into a ball.
  3. Flour should be added in portions, first 400 g and knead thoroughly. If the dough turns out to be liquid, it is worth adding another 50 grams of flour until the dough reaches the desired density.
  4. It's time to work the oven. The dough is crushed through a meat grinder and laid out in small cakes on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 180-200C, until the pastry has a brownish-golden color.
  5. While the biscuits are in the oven, you can start making cream. To do this, mix butter (preferably softened) and boiled condensed milk until smooth. After that, the cream must be refrigerated.
  6. Chilled cookies should be crumbled by hand. Here you decide for yourself what kind of crumb you would like to see in the finished product - smaller or larger.
  7. Place the cookie crumbs into a deep container with cream and mix thoroughly.
  8. Put the resulting mass in the form of a bulk slide on a beautiful dish and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours. This is necessary for the dessert to freeze.
  9. You can decorate the cake at your discretion: chocolate icing, nuts or grated chocolate.
