For such a cake, you need only 6 ingredients, 10 minutes of preparation time and 30 minutes in the oven.

After you have prepared the condensed egg mixture, sift through the flour and baking powder. Don't skip this step. It will make your cupcake more fluffy and porous. Stir in the sifted flour and baking powder.

In order to knead the dough into a cake, it is necessary to combine the egg-condensed and flour mixture. Start adding the flour mixture to the condensed egg a little bit, stirring continuously with a whisk. The dough should be smooth without lumps. The final consistency of the dough comes out roughly like pancakes.

Peel the banana and cut into slices. Better to take a ripe, sweet banana. Also at this stage, you can mash the banana with a fork and stir in the mashed banana into the dough.

Pour some vegetable oil on the bottom of the baking dish so that your cake does not burn and is easier to remove after cooking. Cover the bottom of the dish completely with the banana circles.
