Honey cake is eaten with pleasure not only by children, but also by adults. Despite the lengthy process of making this delicious cake, its recipe is very simple. Therefore, every housewife can easily prepare a honey cake with condensed milk at home.

- For making cakes:
- - 70 g of butter;
- - 3 raw chicken eggs;
- - 2 tablespoons of flower honey;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 2 cups of flour;
- - 2 g vanilla sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
- To prepare the cream:
- - 1 package of butter (200 g);
- - 200 g sour cream (20-25% fat);
- - 450 ml cream;
- - 1 can of condensed milk.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the dough. In a large saucepan, melt the butter, adding honey and sugar. Beat the resulting mixture with a mixer until smooth and cool. Beat chicken eggs thoroughly with a whisk together with soda quenched with vinegar in a separate plate and gradually pour them into the cooled mass with continuous stirring.
The resulting mixture must be cooked in a water bath for 40 minutes over medium heat until a brown color is formed. To prevent the dough from forming lumps, it must be stirred periodically. Let the finished mixture stand for 10 minutes. Then add 2 cups of flour to the liquid mass and knead the thick dough with a mixer. The resulting dough must be cooled for half an hour.
Step 2
We bake the cakes. Divide the cooled dough into 7-8 equal parts and roll them out on a table, previously sprinkled with flour, until round cakes are formed. Bake each cake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, having previously laid out on parchment.
Step 3
Preparing the cream. In a separate saucepan, combine melted butter, condensed milk and sour cream. Beat the resulting mixture with a mixer while gradually adding cream until a thick, homogeneous cream is formed.
Step 4
We collect and decorate the honey cake. Put each cake on a prepared plate and grease generously with cream, thereby forming a cake. After all the cakes are laid out, you need to coat the cake on all sides. The finished cake should be infused in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
