First recipe - Buffalo wings with blue cheese and yogurt

When using this recipe, Buffalo chicken wings turn out to be spicy, tasty, just suitable for beer. To prepare them you need to take:

- 1.5 kg of chicken wings;

- a teaspoon of salt (or to taste);

- 60 g butter;

- 2 tbsp. brown sugar;

- 3 tbsp. tomato paste or sauce;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- black pepper - to taste;

- not less than a tablespoon of Chili sauce;

- half a glass of blue cheese;

- half a glass of sour cream;

- half a glass of yogurt;

- 1 carrot;

- 1 stalked celery (optional).

Cooking Buffalo wings in the oven should start with the preparation of the meat. The wings must be rinsed under running water, dried with napkins or a clean linen towel, cut into 3 parts at the joints. Remove the tips of the wings, they are not needed. Next, you should prepare the marinade. To do this, you need to mix half a liter of kefir with a small spoonful of salt, 1-2 tsp. chili, ground pepper and 5 cloves of garlic. Put the wings in the marinade and leave for 30-60 minutes. Then transfer to a lined and oiled baking sheet, without marinade, and put in an oven preheated to 200 °. Bake for 30-40 minutes. If desired, at the end of cooking, you can put them on the grill for 5 minutes and bring until golden brown. Then place the wings in a large bowl.

After that, you should proceed to the preparation of the Buffalo sauce, its recipe is the following. You need to put a saucepan on the fire, melt 60 g of butter and 2 large brown spoons in it. After boiling the mixture, add tomato paste, a spoonful of chili sauce, garlic, black pepper, and salt to it one by one. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the wings and stir. Serve with cheese sauce with celery and carrot sticks.

The second method, how to cook Buffalo wings, is simpler than the first and less costly, since it requires fewer ingredients, and most of them are at hand for almost every housewife. You need to take:

- 1.5 kg of chicken wings;

- 4 tomatoes;

- 1-2 pods of hot pepper;

- 5-6 cloves of garlic;

- A tablespoon of vinegar;

- A tablespoon of sugar;

- Vegetable oil;

- 100 g of dry white wine;

- 50 g butter.

Wash the wings, dry with a paper towel. Remove tips as they are not needed. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Remove the skin from the tomatoes scalded with boiling water, peel the hot pepper from the stalks and seeds. Peel and chop the garlic. Chop all vegetables into small pieces. Heat a frying pan with oil, put hot pepper in it for 3-4 minutes, add garlic to it and fry for another minute, add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes. The liquid should evaporate completely. Then chop the tomato puree in a blender. Dip the wings into it and spread on a greased baking sheet. Top the meat with the remaining sauce and bake in the oven until tender.
