- - mashed tomato pulp - 0.5 cups;
- - medium-sized carrots - 3 pcs;
- - blue cheese - 150 g;
- - celery stalks - 3 pcs;
- - garlic - 6-7 cloves;
- - white wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon;
- - ginger root - 2 cm;
- - lemon juice - 2 tablespoons;
- - sour cream - 3 tablespoons;
- - brown sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- - ground black pepper;
- - ground white pepper;
- - hot red pepper - 1 pc;
- - salt;
- - butter - 1 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
With chicken wings, do the following: rinse, dry and cut off the outermost phalanx from each wing. Divide the rest into 2 pieces, that is, cut it in the area of the joint. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic and hot peppers, and rub the ginger root through a grater.
Step 3
In one cup, combine cheese, mashed with a fork, lemon juice, sour cream and white pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Vegetables such as carrots and celery should be washed, peeled and cut into cubes.
Step 5
Pour vegetable oil into a deep-frying pan and heat it up. Fry the sliced chicken wings in it until they turn golden brown, that is, for 7-8 minutes. Blot excess oil with a paper towel.
Step 6
Put butter in a frying pan, heat and fry finely chopped hot peppers in it for 3 minutes. Then add the minced garlic to it and cook for another 1 minute. Next, put tomato pulp, grated ginger, sugar, as well as salt and black pepper in the same pan. Simmer the resulting mixture over very low heat for at least 10 minutes, and do not forget to stir it constantly. Now you need to pour in the white wine vinegar. Heat chicken wings in this sauce for no more than 3 minutes. Buffalo wings are ready!
