  3. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Pour boiling water over it. Hold for 5 minutes. Squeeze well. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Take the cheese so that it subsequently covers the meat with a beautiful appetizing crust.
  4. Formation of the dish. On the laid piece of meat, place a cube of butter, which will give the meat softness and juiciness after it begins to melt. Enough for 20-25 g of this product for each portion of meat. Then put a pinch of onion on the butter. Spread the onion over all the pieces, as well as the cheese, which sprinkle evenly over all the portions of meat. Last but not least, go over the cheese with a trickle of sour cream or mayonnaise. This is done to form a delicious crispy crust.
