Potatoes cooked with meat stew is a fairly hearty and very tasty dish that is perfect for dinner. In this recipe, instead of butter, fat from stew is used, and paprika and coriander are also necessarily added.

It is necessary

  • • 1 kg of potatoes;
  • • 2 cans of stewed meat;
  • • 1 sweet bell pepper;
  • • 1 carrot;
  • • 800-900 g onions;
  • • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • • ground black pepper, salt, coriander, dried paprika and other favorite spices;
  • • a small bunch of fresh herbs.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the potato tubers and rinse them. Then the potatoes need to be cut into not very thick sticks.

Step 2

Prepared potatoes should be poured into the multicooker container, and clean water should also be added there so that it slightly covers the chopped vegetable. Then on the multicooker set the "Quenching" mode, and do not forget to close the lid tightly. Potato tubers should be stewed for 40 minutes.

Step 3

Peel the carrots and onions and cut the carrots into thick cubes and the onions into small cubes.

Step 4

Put the frying pan on the stove and put the fat from the can of stew into it. After it is hot, pour the carrots and onions into the pan and fry with regular stirring for 5-7 minutes.

Step 5

After that, add tomato paste to the vegetables and mix everything well. Continue frying them for a couple more minutes.

Step 6

Remove the stalk, testis and all seeds from the pepper. Then it is cut into pieces and poured into a multicooker. Then salt and all the necessary spices are added to it. Everything is mixed and stewed for 5–7 minutes. Then in the multicooker bowl you need to put the finished vegetable fry, as well as the stew. Everything mixes very well.

Step 7

Greens need to be rinsed in running water and chopped. Put it in the potatoes and mix again. Cover the multicooker with a lid and bring the dish to full readiness.
