Instructions

Step 1

In order to stew meat in a slow cooker, prepare all the necessary products. Take a dry multicooker saucepan, put the right amount of wheat flour, salt, and black pepper into it. Mix the ingredients well.

Take the beef, rinse it thoroughly under running water, then dry it and cut into medium sized cubes. Dip each piece of meat well in a mixture of flour, black pepper and salt.

Prepare the pan. Lubricate it with a little vegetable oil, then heat it over medium heat. When the pan is hot enough, place the beef slices on top of the pan and fry them on all sides until golden brown. Place the sautéed beef slices in a slow cooker.
