Step 1

The meat is cut into small pieces and laid out in a multicooker bowl, to which vegetable oil has been previously added. On the multicooker, the "frying" or "oven" mode is set and the meat is fried for 7 minutes. It is necessary to fry, stirring constantly and until golden brown.

Step 2

The onion is peeled and chopped into half rings. Carrots are washed, peeled and finely chopped. The onions are added to the meat and they are fried together for 5 minutes. After that, carrots are added to the onion with meat, and the mixture is fried for another 3-5 minutes. The cooking mode can now be turned off.

Step 3

Potatoes and zucchini are washed and peeled. The potatoes are cut into small cubes and placed on top of the meat with onions and carrots. Zucchini is finely chopped and placed on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle on top of frozen vegetables if you use them in cooking, or whole fresh green beans and freshly washed and chopped bell peppers.

You can experiment with vegetables added to stews. For example, you can add eggplants, tomatoes, green peas, cabbage, mushrooms. Or you can skip some vegetables that are not present at the moment, or if they are not to your taste. If you use green peas in cooking, then add them 5 minutes before cooking.

Salt, pepper are added to the stew, various seasonings are optional, peeled garlic is squeezed out, a glass of water is poured. On the multicooker, the "extinguishing" mode is set and the time is set to 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, the multicooker opens, its contents are mixed. Stew in a slow cooker is ready. Before serving, the stew can be sprinkled with chopped herbs.
