This dish will turn out to be incredibly tasty and tender in a multicooker.

- - sweet pepper 2 pcs.
- - onion 2 pcs.
- - carrots 2 pcs.
- - tomatoes 4 pcs.
- - zucchini 2 pcs.
- - vegetable oil
- - tomato paste 2 tbsp. spoons
- - Bay leaf
- - salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Sweet peppers must be freed from partitions and seeds, and carrots and onions must be peeled. Cut all vegetables into approximately equal cubes.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, put onion and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add carrots to the onion, stir and continue cooking for another 7-8 minutes.
Step 4
Put the remaining vegetables in a slow cooker, add spices, bay leaf, tomato paste and pour in one glass of water.

Depending on the model of equipment, we set the "stewing" or "soup" mode and cook the dish for one hour.
