Chicken meat soufflé cooks very quickly and is ideal for baby or diet meals. Cooking a dish in a slow cooker allows you to make the soufflé low in calories, and vegetables give the dish a delicate taste.

Step 1
First, rinse the chicken fillet and chop with a blender. If you don't have a blender on hand, you can cut the meat into small pieces. Rinse the carrots and zucchini as well, peel off the peel in a thin layer and grate on a fine grater.

Salt the zucchini and wait until the vegetable gives juice, which must be squeezed well. Add vegetables to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly. Place the mixture in a blender.

Defrost the butter to room temperature to make the chopping process easier. Put butter, salt, egg to meat and vegetables in a blender, pour milk and add semolina at the end. Immediately turn on the blender at full power and beat the minced meat for about 3-5 minutes until a uniform consistency.
Step 4
The minced meat should be tender and airy. Purchase in advance in the store special molds made of thick paper that are suitable for heat treatment. Transfer a small amount of minced meat to each mold.
Step 5
Next, turn on the multicooker to steam mode. Place the minced meat tins on the bottom and gently pour 2 cups of water. Cook the soufflé for at least 20-30 minutes with the lid closed. When the dish is ready, remove the soufflé from the molds and transfer to a flat plate.
