The cheese soup turns out to be very tasty, thick and aromatic. For its preparation, you will need both hard cheese and processed cheese. All of these products go well together.
It is necessary
- - 200 grams of chicken fillet;
- - 150 grams of any hard cheese;
- - 2 processed cheese;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- - sunflower oil;
- - salt, seasonings.

Step 1
The chicken breast is dipped into a pot of water. It should cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes to make a delicious, rich broth. When it's cooked, you can strain the liquid through a special cloth to make it transparent.

Next, the chicken fillet is removed from the broth, cut into small slices and fried in sunflower oil until golden brown. Carrots grated on a coarse grater, onion and garlic chopped in any way are also sent to the pan with chicken.
Step 3
When the vegetables, along with the chicken fillet, are well fried, they can be added to the broth. You will need to grate hard cheese on a coarse grater, and cut the processed cheese into small pieces. All this is also sent to the future soup.
Step 4
After that, the dish should remain on the stove until the cheese is completely melted. If desired, half of the grated hard cheese can be left uncooked and added in portions to each plate. In this case, the product will be clearly felt in the soup and will reach for a spoon appetizingly.
Step 5
Before serving, the finished dish can be garnished with chopped fresh herbs or white garlic croutons. Before each next use, it must be thoroughly warmed up so that the cheese is completely melted.
