Squid salad with avocado

To prepare this dish you will need:

- fresh frozen or fresh squids - 300 g;

- avocado - 1 pc.;

- champignons - 250 g;

- sour cream - 3 tablespoons;

- olive oil - 3 tablespoons;

- wine vinegar - 3 tablespoons;

- lettuce leaves - 1 bunch;

- parsley greens - 1 bunch;

- salt, pepper, spices - to taste.

Boil squid carcasses. Drain the water, salt the meat and pepper, add sour cream. Peel the avocado, remove the kernel. Cut the avocado into small cubes. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.

Mix mushrooms with avocado, add vinegar and olive oil, salt and pepper. Chop the parsley finely and transfer to the mushrooms.

Place the washed lettuce leaves on a large flat dish. Place the squid in the center of the dish. Place the mushroom and avocado mixture around the sides of the squid.

Squid and shrimp salad

You will need:

- peeled boiled shrimp - 150 g;

- squids - 2 pcs.;

- iceberg lettuce - 1 head of cabbage;

- cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.;

- eggs - 3 pcs.;

- ketchup - 2 tablespoons;

- mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;

- cognac - 2 tablespoons;

- salt to taste.

Thoroughly clean the squid carcasses, wash them. Boil the squid for three to five minutes. Cut them into thin strips. Boil the eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites. Cut the squirrels into strips. Slice the cucumbers as well. Tear the lettuce leaves coarsely.

Prepare the sauce. To do this, combine cognac, ketchup and mayonnaise in a separate bowl. Transfer the squid, shrimp, lettuce, squirrels, and cucumbers to a large bowl. Season the salad with the prepared sauce and stir.

Vinaigrette with squid

For cooking you will need:

- squids - 500 g;

- beets - 2 pcs.;

- potatoes - 3 pcs.;

- carrots - 2 pcs.;

- sauerkraut - 1, 5 cups;

- pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;

- onions - 2 pcs.;

- vinegar - 2 tablespoons;

- sugar - 1 tsp;

- vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons;

- salt, pepper - to taste.

Boil beets, carrots and potatoes in the skins. Pour boiling water into a saucepan with squid laid out along the bottom. Place the saucepan on the fire and cook the squid for two minutes. Then let them cool, peel and cut them into thin slices.

Cut the cucumbers into cubes. Also cut the boiled vegetables into cubes. Rinse sauerkraut if necessary and squeeze. Chop the onion finely.

Prepare the sauce. To do this, combine vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. It is better to take vinegar 9%. Put all the prepared ingredients in a bowl and cover them with the sauce. Mix gently.
