Chopped patties are a little more difficult to prepare than minced patties. But they turn out to be much softer and juicier. Such cutlets are suitable for both a festive table and a regular lunch or dinner.
It is necessary
- - pink salmon fillet 500 g;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - white bread 50 g;
- - chicken egg 1 pc.;
- - wheat flour 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - mayonnaise 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - sugar 1 teaspoon;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the pink salmon fillet under running water, pat dry with a paper towel and separate the skin. Use a sharp knife to finely chop the fish fillet into pieces.
Step 2
Peel the onions, rinse and cut into small cubes. Separate the white bread from the crusts and cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Put the onion, fish and bread in one bowl and break the chicken egg there. Stir. Then add flour, mayonnaise, salt and ground pepper. Mix thoroughly again, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Form small patties from the chilled minced meat. Fry them on each side for 7-10 minutes over medium heat.
