Step 1
Rinse the pork thoroughly and let the water drain off the piece. The meat is cut into 1 by 1 cm cubes and placed in a deep bowl.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Then the meat is salted, pepper, sugar and starch are added. Mix everything thoroughly, and then add eggs and onions.

Preheat a frying pan, pour in some sunflower oil. Take the meat mass with a large spoon and spread it on a hot surface.

Fry on both sides over low heat until a golden crust forms.

Take a frying pan deeper (in a pinch, a brazier), put the finished cutlets into it and pour ½ cup of water. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
