- Chicken fillet - 1 kg;
- Wheat flour - 5 tbsp. l;
- Onions - 2 heads (medium);
- Chicken egg - 3 pcs.;
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l;
- Spices (salt, pepper) - to taste;
- Greens (parsley) - 1 bunch;
- Sunflower oil - as needed.
Wash chicken fillet under cold running water. Dip with a napkin (so that it is not wet), spread on a cutting board and cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop it finely. We put everything in a bowl, add the chicken egg, mayonnaise, wheat flour and spices to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
Let it brew in the refrigerator for about an hour. After the time has elapsed, we take our minced meat out of the refrigerator, finely chop the herbs and add to our ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly again. Prepare a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and wait for it to heat up. Put the minced meat in a frying pan with a tablespoon, fry on both sides until golden brown.
