Chopped cutlets are a very tasty dish. Today I want to share four types of cooking these cutlets.

Chopped chicken breast cutlets with boiled potatoes

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 large onion
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. l. starch
  • 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  1. First, clean the potatoes and boil them until tender. When the potatoes are boiled, let them cool completely, and rub on a coarse grater.
  2. While the potatoes are boiling, separate the chicken fillet from the bone and cut first into long thin strips, and then cut the strips into small cubes. I cut into cubes about 3-5 ml.
  3. Add grated potatoes, chopped onion, egg, starch, mayonnaise and finely chopped parsley to the chopped meat. Salt and pepper everything. You can add your favorite spices if you like. Mix everything well. Minced meat is ready.
  4. Now in a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil, spread the cutlets with a spoon. Don't make them very thick, just like pancakes. Fry chopped cutlets under a closed lid over low heat on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Chopped chicken breast cutlets with boiled potatoes are ready and can be served.

Chopped chicken breast cutlets with fresh cabbage

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 large onion
  • 300 g fresh cabbage
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. l. starch
  • 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • ½ bunch fresh parsley
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  1. This recipe differs from the previous one only in the use of cabbage. We chop the cabbage very finely, fill it with boiling water and cover with a lid. We leave for 10 minutes. We do this so that the cabbage is not very hard, or even raw in cutlets. After the specified time, squeeze the cabbage from excess liquid and mix with minced meat from chopped chicken breast.
  2. We also fry the cutlets over low heat under a closed lid until golden brown.

Chopped chicken breast cutlets with sauerkraut

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 large onion
  • 300 g sauerkraut
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. l. starch
  • 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • ½ bunch fresh parsley
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Do not be alarmed! With sauerkraut, the cutlets are so delicious that you lick your fingers and ask for more!

We cook minced meat in the same way as in the previous recipes for chopped cutlets. We just squeeze cabbage well from excess liquid and chop finely. Mix the minced chicken with sauerkraut and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Chopped chicken breast cutlets with cheese

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 large onion
  • 150 g hard cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. l. starch
  • 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Just as in the previous recipes, cut the chicken into small cubes. Add onion, starch, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, pepper to it. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and also add to the minced meat. Mix everything well and fry on moderate heat on both sides until tender. These cutlets are best served hot, when the cheese is still fresh and stretches well.
