Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the meat into small pieces. Make minced meat out of it using a meat grinder or blender. Minced meat cooked in a blender turns out to be more airy and tender.
Step 2
Peel the onions and cut into 4 pieces. Rinse the potatoes under running water, peel and cut into several pieces. Chop the onion and potatoes in a meat grinder or blender.
Step 3
Take 2 pieces of yesterday's loaf, put them in a deep plate and cover with warm milk. Leave it on for a few minutes. Then pass through a meat grinder.
Step 4
Grate hard cheese, or chop in a blender. Rinse fresh herbs (dill or parsley) under running water and chop finely with a knife.
Step 5
Add onions, potatoes, pieces of a loaf soaked in milk, grated cheese and chopped greens to the minced meat. Add one egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. To avoid falling apart when frying, beat the minced meat on the table several times.
Step 6
Place bread crumbs in a saucer. Shape patties with your hands and roll in breadcrumbs. Put the skillet on fire. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil into it. Gently place the patties in hot oil and fry for 10 minutes. Then turn the patties to the other side using a spatula. Cook for 10 minutes and cover the pan with a lid. Simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat. Put the finished cutlets in a deep bowl with a lid.

Serve cutlets with any side dish - mashed potatoes, vegetables, salad, rice. Enjoy your meal.
