Cut the washed cucumbers in half, put in a bowl. Season with salt, stir and leave for about 20-25 minutes. Then rinse in warm water, pat dry, then roll in starch.

Heat some vegetable oil in a deep frying pan with a convex bottom, add garlic, peeled and chopped into thin slices, sprinkle with hot pepper. Fry the contents of the container, after 30 seconds add the halves of the cucumbers, add the sesame seeds and pour in the soy sauce. Grill over high heat with constant stirring for about 4 minutes. Then serve the dish immediately.
