This salad is extremely easy to prepare and does not require a lot of products. Despite its simplicity and common ingredients, it is delicious and aromatic.
Ingredients:
- 200 g of chanterelles (fried);
- 1 large tomato
- 1 sprig of dill;
- 10 g sour cream;
- 80 g of hard cheese;
- 1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation:
- Clean the collected chanterelles of debris in advance, rinse thoroughly under running water, cut large specimens into smaller fragments and boil in salt water for one hour.
- Next, fry the boiled mushrooms in a pan, ready to cool; for a salad, they should be cold. Put the chilled chanterelles in a deep salad bowl, in which we will knead and serve the finished dish.
- Take a large tomato and it is better if it is fleshy (a watery tomato will give excess liquid for a salad). Wash the vegetable, cut into small cubes, pour into a salad bowl with the mushrooms.
- . Rinse a large sprig of green dill under running water and chop with a knife, send to a salad bowl.
- Cut a piece of cheese (preferably hard varieties) into small cubes. Alternatively, the cheese can be grated with a large mesh. Add to other sliced foods in a salad bowl.
- Sprinkle the future salad with ground black pepper (this item of the recipe is optional - you don't need to sprinkle pepper if you are not a fan of spicy).
- Be sure to add salt to your taste.
- Add a tablespoon with a slide of fatty sour cream.
- Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl thoroughly.
- Summer-autumn salad with chanterelles can be served immediately after mixing.
