Step 1
Brussels sprouts need to be washed, yellowed leaves removed, cut in half.
Step 2
Fry the cabbage in olive oil, placing it flat in the pan. As soon as it turns golden, pour water into the pan so that it covers the cabbage.
Step 3
When the water has evaporated, remove the Brussels sprouts and add 2 walnut-sized pieces of butter to the pan. We spread 10 sage leaves, salt and stir. After 2 minutes, return the cabbage to the pan.
Step 4
A simple and very healthy side dish is ready. It can be served with any meat or fish dish.
