Brussels sprouts and chicken fillet with sauce is a very tender and tasty dish. Brussels sprouts can be substituted for cauliflower or broccoli. Only in this case should you cook less in time.

Take a small saucepan, pour water into it, salt and bring to a boil. Toss the chicken fillet into boiling salted water. Boil the meat for 20 minutes. Drain the water, remove the meat and cool it.

Take a Brussels sprouts, cut off the bottom of it, the so-called head of cabbage.

Pour water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil, salt. Place the cabbage in boiling water and cook for 15 minutes.

While the cabbage is cooking, prepare the sauce.

To prepare it, take a small container, put flour in it, fill it with milk. Stir everything well until the flour dissolves. Add butter to the mixture and put the sauce on fire.

Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Boil the contents for a few minutes. Pepper, salt to taste, mix well. The sauce should be thick.

Grate a piece of hard cheese. Cut the cooled fillet into large pieces. Put the fillets and cabbage in the dish, stir. Pour sauce over everything evenly. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
