- - sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- - salt - 1 teaspoon;
- - butter - 150 g;
- - olives;
- - egg - 1 pc.;

Instructions
Step 1
A glass of milk, pouring into a small saucepan, heat over low heat. When it's warm, remove it from the stove and mix with dry yeast and granulated sugar. Leave the dough at room temperature for a while.
Step 2
When the foam in the form of a "cap" appears on the dough, add the following ingredients to it: the remaining glass of milk, sunflower oil and salt. Then gradually add wheat flour there. Stir everything until a homogeneous mass is formed. Knead it well. This will give you a non-sticky dough for the Achma Turkish buns. Take it aside and do not touch it until it increases in its volume by about 2 times.
Step 3
Cut the risen dough with a knife into 20 identical pieces. Turn each of them into a flat cake.
Step 4
Grind the olives into small pieces, then put them, pressing lightly, on the flat cakes rolled out of the dough. Then roll each of them like a roll and wrap in such a way that a circle is formed.
Step 5
After placing the future Turkish Achma buns on a greased baking sheet covered with baking paper, leave them at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Brush each rolled flat cake with a lightly beaten chicken egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on its surface. In this form, send to bake in an oven preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees. Determine the readiness of the baking by the golden brown crust. Turkish buns "Achma" are ready!
