Poacha are Turkish buns. Poacha can be without filling and with filling: with potatoes, cheese, meat and feta cheese. The dough of the buns is tender, airy and elastic. They turn out to be very tasty and satisfying. Many residents of Turkey, before work, go to the kitchen to buy pacha.
It is necessary
- - 200 ml yogurt
- - 65 ml of vegetable oil
- - 15 g baking powder
- - 100 g butter
- - 3 cups flour
- - 1 egg
- - 1/2 tsp. salt
- - 3-4 tbsp. l. sesame
Instructions
Step 1
Mix natural plain yogurt with vegetable oil, add baking powder and stir well.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the yogurt mixture.
Step 3
Add flour and knead the dough. The dough should be tender and soft. Place the dough in a cool place, about 25-35 minutes.
Step 4
Beat the egg. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts. Form buns, dip in sesame and egg mixture.
Step 5
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35-45 minutes.
