Everyone, probably, had this when there is an hour or half an hour left before the arrival of guests, but somehow they did not manage to cook a tasty dish or did not have enough time. And there is always time and food to prepare the meatloaf!
It is necessary
- - minced meat 250-350 g;
- - 1-2 onions;
- - 4-5 chicken eggs;
- - 50 g butter;
- - seasoning for minced meat;
- - parchment / towel / gauze;
- - baking sheet.
Instructions
Step 1
Cook eggs. Salt if desired.
Step 2
Peel the onions, chop finely and fry until golden brown.
Step 3
Mix the minced meat with the minced meat seasoning.
Step 4
Place the minced meat on the parchment in a 2 to 3 cm rectangle.
Step 5
Then place the fried onions vertically in the center on top of the minced meat.
Step 6
Shell the eggs.
Step 7
Just like onions, lay out the eggs. Try to lay the eggs so that pits do not form in the minced meat.
Step 8
Pick up one edge of the "rectangle" and place it on top of the eggs. Take the second edge of the "rectangle" and place it on top of the eggs as well. Then connect both sides so that the eggs do not show through and the minced meat does not fall out. You should have this "sausage".
Step 9
Pick up the minced parchment and carefully place the roll on a greased baking sheet.
Step 10
Place a baking sheet with a roll in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ and bake the roll at the maximum temperature. 30 minutes. bake the bottom of the roll, then 20 minutes. bake both bottom and top with ventilation, if your oven has one.
If you get holes in the roll, peel off a piece of minced meat from the side where you think the minced meat is the most, and stick this piece to the place where the hole formed.
Step 11
Pull out the finished roll carefully and enjoy!
This roll goes well with mashed potatoes, olives and pickled gherkins!
