Saj kavurma is Turkish meat. It is prepared in a special frying pan, you can also cook in a regular one. A very satisfying, tasty and delicious dish. You can serve it with any side dish.

- - 600 g lamb
- - 2 tomatoes
- - 2 bell peppers
- - 50 g onions
- - 20 g garlic
- - 60 g butter
- - 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- - 3 tbsp. l. milk
- - salt, pepper to taste
- - red hot pepper
Instructions
Step 1
First, take the meat and rinse it well, why cut the meat into strips 3-4 cm by 0.5 cm.
Step 2
Add milk and vegetable oil, black pepper and salt, a little thyme to the meat. Stir well and refrigerate.
Step 3
Peel the garlic and onion and chop finely.
Step 4
Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into small cubes.
Step 5
When the water has almost evaporated from the meat, add the garlic and onions. Stir and simmer over low heat for 10-12 minutes, add water if necessary.
Step 6
Add the pepper, continue to simmer over high heat, stirring for 3-5 minutes.
Step 7
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste, if you like, you can add thyme and 0.5 tbsp. l tomato paste with water.
Step 8
Stir, cover, simmer over low heat until the water disappears. The table can be served with rice or any other side dish.
