- 1. Special buns for hamburgers (sold in any supermarket)
- 2. Beefsteak (cooked on your own or semi-finished product)
- 3. Tomato
- 4. Two leaves of lettuce
- 5. Sliced cheese
- 6. Butter
- 7. A clove of garlic
- 8. Ketchup
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to prepare the sauce for the dish. Mix two parts butter and one part ketchup until smooth, add a quarter clove of garlic.
Step 2
Lubricate the surface of the buns with the sauce you made and place them in the oven for 5 minutes (temperature 180 degrees).
Step 3
While the buns are warming up, you need to prepare the filling. Cut the tomato into slices, wash the lettuce.
Step 4
Remove the buns from the oven and place the filling on top of them in the following order: lettuce, two mugs of tomato, steak, cheese, lettuce.
Step 5
Put the resulting culinary structure on a baking sheet and heat until the cheese is completely melted.
