    • French fries 100 g;
    • ketchup 30 g;
    • mustard 30 g;
    • salt
    • pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a suitable container and pour dry yeast and flour into it. Mix well. Then add a small amount of water, about 25 milliliters, and knead the dough thoroughly. Then cover the bowl with a dry towel and set it in a warm place for 25 minutes to rise. After the dough has come up, roll a small ball out of it, a little flat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top and bake in the oven on baking paper at 200 degrees for twenty minutes.

Step 2

Rinse and dry defrosted or chilled chicken breast. Then cut it into cubes and scroll through a meat grinder on the middle wire rack. Salt the minced meat and mix.

Step 3

Form the resulting minced chicken into a round cutlet, about 1 centimeter thick. Fry it until cooked through in a skillet, covered.

Step 4

Rinse and dry the lettuce. Remove the stalks from the clean tomatoes and cut the vegetables into medium-thick slices.

Step 5

Cut the pickled gherkins lengthwise into thin strips. Peel the onions and cut them into rings of medium thickness.

Step 6

Fry frozen fries in a skillet with plenty of oil or deep-fried until cooked or golden brown. Season the finished French fries with salt and stir.

Step 7

Cut the sesame seed bun in half and heat it up a little in the oven. Place the lettuce on the bottom half of the bun. Arrange the tomatoes on top. Place the fried chicken cutlet on them. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and onions on top of it, spread the gherkins. Then add ketchup to taste. Cover with the other half of the sesame seed bun.

Step 8

Place the cooked chicken cheeseburger in the center of the plate, with the fried fries, mustard and ketchup next to it.
