Vegetables not only make great salads, but also delicious pastries. I suggest you bake carrot bread. It turns out to be very tender and soft.

- - water - 120 ml;
- - fresh yeast - 20 g;
- - wheat flour - 500 g;
- - sunflower oil - 3 tablespoons;
- - sugar - 1 tablespoon;
- - salt - 1 teaspoon;
- - carrots - 150 g;
- - egg - 1 pc.;
- - sesame.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the carrots first. To do this, peel the skin from its surface, then chop the remaining pulp on the smallest grater. If you have the opportunity to use a blender, then use it and turn the grated carrots into a puree mass.
Step 2
Place fresh yeast in warm water. Pour granulated sugar there. Move the dough aside for a quarter of an hour to approach. After the time has passed, add a raw chicken egg and a mass of carrots into it. Whisk everything as it should.
Step 3
Add sifted wheat flour to the resulting mass. It is best to introduce it in several doses. Add a teaspoon of salt and sunflower oil. Knead everything until the formed dough becomes homogeneous and stops sticking to your palms. Once this happens, send it to a warm enough place for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Lightly knead the enlarged dough with your palms, then set it aside and do not touch it for another half hour.
Step 5
After forming a loaf of bread, place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment and sprinkled with a little flour. After making several cross-cuts in the dough, let it rest for one quarter of an hour.
Step 6
Sprinkle the spaced dough with a little water, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Allow the baked goods to cool, cut them into pieces. Carrot bread is ready!
