Tender boiled chicken meat is a unique product that can be combined with almost any ingredient. A salad with chicken and vegetables turns out to be not only tasty and satisfying, but also healthy.
Ingredients for the salad:
- 300 grams of raw chicken fillet (if you wish, you can replace it with smoked one to save time);
- large sweet pepper;
- 2-3 medium sized tomatoes;
- 1 large cucumber with a smooth skin;
- 2/3 cup grated hard cheese;
- mayonnaise for salad dressing;
- salt.
Cooking salad with chicken and vegetables
1. Salt water, bring to a boil and put fillets, reduce heat. The fillet will be ready in 20-25 minutes. Take it out and cool on a plate.
2. Wash vegetables, wipe with a towel.
3. Cut the pepper into cubes, after removing the seeds and white walls from it.
4. Cut the cucumber into similar pieces.
5. Cut the tomatoes into cubes like the previous vegetables.
6. Pour all vegetables into a salad bowl or a bowl and add cubes of boiled fillet.
7. Pour the cooked grated cheese into the salad, add salt and pepper if necessary. Season with any mayonnaise, mix gently. You can also sprinkle each serving on top with cheese or herbs.
8. You can add any seasonal greens to your taste to this salad.
