The homemade pasta recipe is pretty simple to prepare. It can be easily prepared by both a professional chef and an ordinary housewife.
It is necessary
- -150 g of durum flour;
- - 150 g of wheat flour, premium;
- - 50 ml of soy sauce (Kikkoman);
- - 100 ml. water;
- - 1 bunch of radish;
- - 1 bell pepper;
- - green onions;
- - lemon juice, salt, pepper to taste;
- - olive oil;
- - a few cherry tomatoes for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Take two types of flour and mix well, after which a depression should be made in the middle. Pour in water and soy sauce, knead the dough until steep. When the dough is ready, cover it with a waffle towel, leaving it for 30 minutes to "rest".
Step 2
When the dough has come, it is now completely ready, roll it out as thin as possible and cut into strips. After we cut the dough, it must be sprinkled with flour in order to dry it a little.
Step 3
We place the chopped dough in boiling water, as soon as the noodles float up, put it in a colander and rinse with boiled water, after which we add oil.
Step 4
The radish should be cut into slices, the pepper into strips, and the onion into half rings. Mix everything and sprinkle with lemon juice and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. The pasta should be served with salad.
