Olivier with seafood

If you do not want to give up Olivier, then you can diversify it - replace sausage or meat with seafood. And you can use a more interesting gas station.

We will need:

  • 3 pickled cucumbers;
  • 2 carrots, potatoes, eggs;
  • 300 g of seafood cocktail;
  • one apple;
  • a couple of spoons of green peas;
  • mayonnaise, ketchup, cognac, paprika, salt.
  1. Boil potatoes, carrots, eggs. Peel and cut in the way you are used to - like for the classic Olivier.
  2. Boil the frozen cocktail until tender, add to the salad along with the peas, as well as diced cucumber and apple.
  3. Mix mayonnaise to taste with ketchup, cognac and dry paprika. Pour the salad with this dressing. Salt it to taste.

Garnish with lemon wedges before serving. You can take only one shrimp or mussels together with a sea cocktail - whichever you like best.

Salad with mussels and shrimps

You will like this salad with its unusual taste. The dressing here is also quite unusual - a great option for those who are already tired of preparing salads with mayonnaise.

We will need:

  • 500 g unpeeled shrimp;
  • 200 g mussels;
  • a sprig of cherry tomatoes;
  • 1 red and 1 yellow pepper;
  • half a lemon;
  • soy sauce, honey, garlic, olives.
  1. Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a skillet (preferably olive oil). Peel a few cloves of garlic, chop, fry. Then add shrimp to it and fry for about a minute.
  2. Add soy sauce with honey to the pan to taste, pour in the juice from half a lemon, bring to a boil. Add peeled mussels, stir and remove from heat.
  3. Peel the finished shrimp, transfer with the mussels from the pan to the salad bowl. Strain the sauce from the pan. Cut bell peppers and tomatoes into slices, add to seafood.

Pour the dressing just before serving. Garnish the prepared salad with parsley and pitted olives.

Festive seafood salad

This New Year's salad will become a highlight on your festive table! It is layered and looks very nice. And what a successful combination - fish, shrimp and avocado!

We will need:

  • 200 g of peeled shrimp, lightly salted salmon, cherry;
  • three potatoes;
  • half an avocado;
  • iceberg salad, mayonnaise, salt.
  1. Cut the salmon into small pieces and place in the first layer on a flat dish. Be sure to coat with mayonnaise.
  2. Boil the potatoes, rub them, put them in a second layer, dividing them into two parts. Next, lay out the chopped avocado, sliced tomatoes. Grease each layer with mayonnaise.
  3. Rinse the lettuce leaves, place on top of the tomatoes, coat with mayonnaise. The boiled shrimp will go in the next layer. The final one is leftover potatoes and mayonnaise.
