Delicious beef liver second dish. Has a spicy taste. Easy and quick to prepare. Combines with vegetables and cereal side dishes. Can be used as a daily meal and for a festive table. Diversifies the dietary menu.
Ingredients for 6 servings:
- beef liver, peeled from film - 700 g;
- chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- carrots (medium) - 2 pcs.;
- rye flour - 4 tablespoons;
- vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
- dill (dried) - to taste;
- garlic (ground) - to taste;
- black pepper (ground) - to taste;
- salt to taste.
The cooking time is 40 minutes.
Cut the beef liver peeled from the film into small pieces. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add it to the chopped liver.
Season with ground garlic. Pepper and break the egg. Add dry dill. Pour in 4 tablespoons of rye flour.
Salt and mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Put the pancakes formed by hands into the vegetable oil preheated in a pan.
Fry for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. We turn over. Cover with a lid and fry over low heat for about 5 minutes. Serve with vegetables and herbs.
