Homemade minced meat cutlets are a hearty and appetizing dish that your man will appreciate. Thanks to the addition of oatmeal, the cutlets are juicy and fluffy. The recipe cutlets are served with a spicy sauce, which adds an exquisite and unique taste to them.

- - oatmeal - 30-35 g
- - potatoes - 2 pcs. medium size
- - flour - 50-70 g
- - milk - 80-100 ml
- - egg yolk - 1 pc.
- - sunflower oil - 100 g
- - onions - 1/2 pc.
- - beef - 250-300 g
- - pork - 250-300 g
- - garlic - 1-2 cloves
- - ground black pepper - to taste
- - dry oregano - 1/2 tsp.
- - mustard - 10 g
- - semi-dry red wine - 50-100 ml
- - tomatoes - 200-250 g
- - honey - 2 tbsp. l.
- - red chilli pepper - 100-150 g
- - salt - to taste
Instructions
Step 1
First, let's make a hot chili sauce. Cut the tomatoes in two and put them in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for 7-12 minutes. Peel hot peppers from seeds and chop finely, peel the garlic. Grind the tomatoes in a blender along with chopped peppers and garlic, continue beating, adding red wine, honey, mustard, oregano, pepper and salt to the mass.
Step 2
Pour the prepared mass into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer for 7-12 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Peel the potatoes and onions, cut into 4 parts. Wash beef and pork meat, dry, cut into pieces and mince together with raw potatoes and onions.
Step 3
Add oatmeal, yolk and milk to the skipped meat. Season with thyme, salt and pepper, mix everything. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 30-50 minutes. Let's form round-shaped cutlets from the finished minced meat.
Step 4
Heat a skillet with oil and fry the patties over the fire, 3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to low, close the lid and steam the cutlets for another 13-14 minutes. We serve hot patties to the table with chili sauce and garnish of your choice.
