  • - 750 g sweet pepper

  • - 2 tbsp. l. tomato sauce
  • - 2 chicken eggs
  • - ground crackers

  • - ground black pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the pollock fillet into portions. Lightly salt the wheat flour, place the pieces of fish in it and then fry on both sides. Pepper the finished fish and place in a cauldron, which should first be greased with butter.

Step 2

Place sweet bell pepper in a hot oven. Withdraw after five minutes. Peel off the peppers carefully. Rub the pulp through a sieve or chop in a blender.

Step 3

Pour three tablespoons of butter, previously melted over the fire, into the resulting mass of pepper, drive in two chicken eggs and mix well with two tablespoons of tomato sauce. Add spices and peppers to taste.
