Previously, the French cooked fricassee from white meat, but over time, the culinary experts decided that fricassee is also delicious from other types of meat, fish, and seafood. In any case, fricassee is a delicate and tasty dish. If you like shrimp, cook fricassee with them, adding fresh mushrooms and green beans to the dish.

It is necessary

  • - 550 g of peeled cocktail shrimps;
  • - 250 g frozen green beans;
  • - 150 g fresh champignons;
  • - 1/2 cup sour cream;
  • - 1 egg yolk;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
  • - salt, black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Thaw the green beans, cut off the ends of the pods on both sides, rinse them, put them in boiling water, lightly salt, cook for no more than 2 minutes. After that, fold in a colander, pour over with ice water, transfer to a paper towel, let the beans dry.

Step 2

Peel fresh whole mushrooms, rinse. Place in boiling water, cook for 4 minutes. Then remove the mushrooms with a slotted spoon, save the broth. Let the mushrooms cool slightly, cut them into small pieces.

Step 3

Pour half a glass of mushroom broth into a deep stewpan, bring to a boil, reduce heat, add sour cream, put mushrooms and green beans. Bring to a boil again, cook for 3 minutes. Add shrimp, simmer for 3 minutes.

Step 4

Salt, pepper, add the egg yolk, stir, cover, turn off the heat. Let the shrimp fricassee stand for a couple of minutes, then put on plates, serve immediately.
