Fricassee is a white meat dish with white sauce. It came to us from old French cuisine. Rice, mushrooms, herbs are served as a side dish.

- chicken fillet - 300 g,
- cream - 200 ml,
- butter - 1 tablespoon,
- wheat flour - 1 tablespoon,
- nutmeg powder - ½ tsp,
- salt and pepper to taste.

Step 1
Wash the meat, dry it a little. Cut it into oblong pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet. Dip each plastic of chicken fillet in flour, put in a pan. Heat the pan, select medium, fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes. Stir the pieces occasionally, they should turn white on all sides, but not brown.
Step 3
Season the dish with salt and pepper, add nutmeg, pour in the cream. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat in the pan. Continue cooking with the lid open for 10-15 minutes. During this time, the sauce will thicken, the meat will acquire tenderness and become soft.
