  • - 5 chicken eggs;
  • - 1 cup of sugar;
  • - 1 teaspoon baking powder;

  • - 150 ml of medium fat cream;
  • - favorite jam or jam for spreading cakes.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat the vanilla sugar, egg and regular sugar into a fluffy mass. Sift the flour, then pour it over the egg-sugar mass. Add baking powder and cocoa to this. Mix everything well with a mixer or whisk. The dough should be smooth.

Step 2

Smear the multicooker bowl with a little oil. Pour out the dough and bake for 60 minutes.

When the biscuit is ready, it needs to be cooled and cut into 3 identical cakes.

Step 3

Each cake obtained must be abundantly smeared with jam or jam, connecting with each other.

Step 4

Bring the cream to a boil over low heat and remove from the stove. Add chocolate and stir until a thick brown mass is obtained.

Step 5

Coat the cake with the resulting icing. Attach waffle sticks on the sides to the glaze. Decorate the top of the cake with waffle crumbs. You can tie the cake with a woven ribbon - you get a beautiful and unusual decor for the prepared dessert.
