It is necessary

  • - 200 grams of cucumbers,
  • - 2 eggs,
  • - 4 fresh artichokes (optional)
  • - 1 lemon,
  • - 150 grams of radish,
  • - 2 green peppers,
  • - 2 red tomatoes,
  • - 2 onions,
  • - 50 grams of celery stalks,
  • - several types of alat (lettuce, lollo rosso),
  • - 1 clove of garlic,
  • - 150 grams of canned tuna (in olive oil),
  • - 8 anchovies (in olive oil),
  • - 16 olives,
  • - 1 sprig of basil,
  • - 50 ml of wine vinegar,
  • -150 ml olive oil
  • - ground black pepper to taste,
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the cucumbers, cut into slices, salt a little, transfer to paper napkins (so that the liquid is absorbed).

Step 2

Boil two eggs for 10 minutes, cool. Cut each egg into quarters and set aside.

Step 3

Cut the radish into thin slices.

Step 4

Rinse two green peppers, remove the seeds. Cut the peppers into thin strips, set aside.

Step 5

Remove the core from the artichokes, cut off the hard parts of the leaves, leave only the bottoms, which are cut into thin slices. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice onto the artichokes.

Step 6

Rinse lettuce leaves, cut into medium pieces. Cut the tomatoes into random pieces. Cut the onions into thin slices. Cut the celery into strips.

Step 7

Rub the salad bowl with a clove of garlic.

Step 8

Place half of the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, artichokes, peppers and onions in a salad bowl. Then add half a can of tuna and half a celery. Repeat layers. Decorate the salad with eggs.

Step 9

Cut the anchovy fillets in half and wrap the raspberries. Place the anchovies on top of the salad.

Step 10

For the sauce.

Separate the fresh basil leaves from the sprig and chop finely.

Step 11

Whisk the wine vinegar and olive oil in a cup (add a little salt if desired). Add basil and ground pepper, stir. Pour the sauce over the salad before serving.
