Why buy cakes from pastry shops when you can make them at home? Homemade delicacies are much tastier than purchased ones, and tastes can be changed according to your mood and the preferences of loved ones. If you want to cook something original, then use this recipe.
It is necessary
- The foundation:
- - 200 g sugar cookies,
- - 50 g of walnuts,
- - 30 g butter,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar.
- Filling:
- - 100 g of sugar,
- - 450 g of cottage cheese,
- - 2 eggs,
- - 50 g applesauce,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vanilla sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Break the cookies into pieces, transfer to a blender. Add walnuts, butter and sugar to the liver. Grind the contents of the blender until fine, slightly damp crumbly crumbs.
Step 2
Cover the shape (preferably square) with a sheet of parchment, on which place half of the cookie crumbs, flatten and tamp.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the cake pan in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 4
For filling. Combine the curd with the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Divide the resulting curd mass into two parts. Put the first part on a cookie sheet, flatten.
Step 5
Add fruit puree to the second part of the curd mass, mix. Place the resulting mass on a layer of white cottage cheese, gently level. Sprinkle with the remaining crumbs on top.
Step 6
Place the cakes in the oven for another 40 minutes. Then remove the cakes, cool to room temperature and serve with tea. Store cakes in the refrigerator.
