The curd cake is delicious and just melts in your mouth. The dough turned out to be custard. Profiteroles are filled with the most delicate curd mass. The delicacy has a pear flavor. Doesn't require great culinary skills.
It is necessary
- - 4 eggs
- - 200 ml of water
- - 100 g butter
- - 250 g flour
- - 1 kg of cottage cheese
- - 400 ml of condensed milk
- - 4 pears
- - 12 g gelatin
- - 4 tbsp. l. granulated sugar
- - 15 g vanilla sugar
- - 100 g of chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Pour water into a saucepan and add butter, put on fire and bring to a boil. Pour flour into boiling water and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat and let the dough cool.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add to the dough, stir until smooth.
Step 3
Add the dough to a pastry syringe or use a teaspoon to place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 25-27 minutes. Check readiness with a skewer, if dry, then take it out.
Step 4
Prepare the icing. Melt the chocolate and 50 g butter in the microwave.
Step 5
Take a deep plate and cover it with plastic wrap. Put ready-made profiteroles on a plate. Cover them with icing.
Step 6
Prepare the curd mass. Mix the condensed milk and cottage cheese, add the vanillin and stir until smooth. Soak gelatin in cool water. Peel the pear and grate. Mix pear with granulated sugar, put on fire and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add gelatin and stir. Then mix the pear mass with the curd and stir until smooth.
Step 7
Pour the profiteroles with the curd mass and refrigerate overnight or for 6-10 hours until the cake hardens. Remove the cake and pour over the remaining icing.
