  • - 500 g granulated sugar
  • - 500 g flour
  • - 400 g sour cream
  • - 0.5 tsp soda, slaked vinegar

Instructions

Step 1

Make a biscuit. First, mash 250 g of granulated sugar with margarine, then add eggs and honey, stir until smooth. Pour flour in a thin stream and add soda, slaked with vinegar, mix until smooth and knead the dough. It should come out a little sticky.

Step 2

Rub the baking sheet well with margarine and lay out the dough, spread evenly over the surface. Bake the biscuit for 30-40 minutes, in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. After baking for 20 minutes, cover the sponge cake with foil.

Step 3

Prepare the cream. Mix sour cream and granulated sugar, stir until smooth. The consistency of the cream should resemble kefir.

Step 4

Remove the biscuit from the oven. Then remove it from the baking sheet and cool on a wire rack. Trim the edges of the cake and crumble with a pusher or blender. Cut the biscuit into two equal cakes.

Step 5

Place the first crust on a plate and saturate with the cream. Cover with a second crust and saturate again with cream. Refrigerate the cake overnight or 8-10 hours. Remove the cake from the refrigerator and sprinkle it completely with crumbs.
