Fruit curd cake is a rather unusual and very original addition to any festive table. Moreover, in winter, tangerines, apples, kiwi and oranges can be added to it, and in summer, cherries, strawberries, pears or plums. It is eaten as quickly as it is cooked. It is necessary

  • fresh apple - 1-2 pcs;
  • fat cottage cheese - 450 g;
  • sugar - 2 cups;
  • flour - 1 glass;
  • sour cream - 1 glass;
  • eggs - 1-2 pcs;
  • gelatin - 40 g;
  • margarine - 150 g;
  • orange - 1 pc;
  • soda - 0.5 tsp;
  • kiwi - pcs.

Instructions

Step 1

Melt the margarine and add 1/2 cup sugar, vinegar-slaked soda, beaten egg and flour. Knead the dough and bake the crust in an oven preheated to 180 oC.

Step 2

Soak gelatin in room temperature water and let it swell for 30 minutes. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, beat with sour cream and the rest of the sugar. Add prepared gelatin and apple slices to the curd mass. Stir everything well.

Step 3

Place the peeled kiwi and orange slices on the bottom of the round shape. Then spread the curd cream in an even layer. Place the cake on top of everything and cover with cling film.

Step 4

Place the curd cake in the refrigerator for 60 minutes. After the allotted time has elapsed, remove the film, turn the form over onto the dish and remove it. Thus, on the bottom layer there will be a crust, and on top - frozen fruits with cream. You can decorate the top of the curd cake with berries, kiwi roses, etc.
