We are so used to ordering Caesar in restaurants, but we often eat it classic, and there is a Caesar recipe that includes anchovies. How to cook "Caesar with Anchovies"?

- - 120 g parmesan
- - 2 eggs
- - 1 pack of crackers (150 g)
- - 60 g anchovies
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - 1 lemon
- - 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
- - 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
- - 1 tsp. mustard
- - salt
- - pepper

Step 1
Peel the garlic, chop very finely or pass through a garlic press, put in a salad bowl.
Step 2
Rinse romaine lettuce leaves under running cold water, dry naturally in a warm place, preferably on a window. Coarsely chop or pick the processed leaves, put in a bowl of garlic.
Step 3
Pour water into a saucepan, put eggs in it, put half a spoonful of salt so that the eggs don't crack, and then bring the water to a boil and cook the eggs for 7 minutes. Remove the finished eggs from heat and place under cold water, cool, peel and cut into cubes.
Step 4
Caesar salad sauce is easy to prepare. Take 1 lemon, rinse it, cut it in half. Squeeze juice from half a lemon, pour into a small container. Add anchovies, mayonnaise, olive oil, pepper and salt to lemon juice, mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Put eggs in a salad bowl, season the salad with the prepared sauce, mix all the ingredients.
Step 6
Grate the Parmesan on a coarse grater, sprinkle on the salad, add the croutons, mix a little. "Caesar with anchovies" is ready.
