- - 30 g anchovies
- - 10 g sheep cheese (pecorino)
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - parsley
- - olive oil

Step 1
First you need to finely chop the garlic and put it in boiling olive oil for 10-15 minutes.

Chop the anchovies and toss them over the garlic. We continue to cook the mixture until the anchovies are soft.
