Anyone who has ever been to Australia knows about the peculiarities of this cuisine. Their national dishes are prepared from simple products available to any person. Despite this, the prepared dishes delight in their sophistication.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of beef liver;
- - 150 g bacon or brisket;
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- - 3/4 cup milk;
- - 1/4 cup cream;
- - 3 pcs. potatoes;
- - 1/3 pcs. zucchini;
- - 1 PC. onions;
- - 1 tbsp. flour;
- - 3 eggs;
- - "Maggi" seasoning.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel a piece of liver from the film. Cut into pieces, 2 cm thick. Season with pepper, salt and fry in olive oil for no more than 10 minutes.
Step 2
Grate potatoes and zucchini, mix with 3 yolks (for a bunch of the resulting mass). Fry the resulting pancakes in vegetable oil until a beautiful crust.
Step 3
We put the fried beef liver in the oven and pancakes for heating for about 10 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.
Step 4
Cut the onion and bacon into small pieces.
Step 5
Fry the bacon and then add the onion to the pan. Stir in, add cream and milk, sprinkle with flour. You should get a homogeneous mass without lumps.
Step 6
Serve on a plate in layers: 1 - liver, 2 - vegetable pancakes and pour the sauce on top. Best tasted hot with a glass of dry wine.
